My starter came with instructions on how to activate it, care for it and other tips.
I had no problems following instructions.
Sourdough bread making is a learning curve. My first loaf, on the heavy side, second one much better, third loaf, I nailed it.
I am excited for future success in sourdough bread making.
I've only just got round to making my first loaf but I've been feeding it regular and making the best of the discard, pancakes etc.
But I think of the three starters I've purchased it's definitely the best.
I call my starter Modo! Both starters are doing really great!!😊🙏🏻
Haven't tried it yet but was impressed with the speed of delivery to Ireland!
