I have tried to get other starters to thrive and they have always done okay, this one works well.
My starter was so easy to get going and I e already made 3 loaves. I’m trying to dial in the fermentation part but the flavor from the starter is delicious. Highly recommend. It’s so fun. I named her Laura Ingalls.
