Ben is absolutely wonderful. Quick dispatch...sure it takes a couple of weeks to arrive in Europe, but when it does, rest assure it will work.
I have made loaves over and over again, experimented with different flours and have had a ton of fun making our own breads.

She’s the grandmother of starters! Strong and determined, lol

I got my starter packet Monday, and followed directions to day 5. I have gotten triple rising for a couple days already so I’m going to jump the gun and bake a little early! Discarded half this morning, fed a cup and enough water for firm starter, and she was tripled within 6 hours, geez! I would only get a double rise from the starter I got from a friend, and I can tell this gal is ready to rock and roll. Just did my last stretch and fold, can already tell a difference with firmer consistency in my dough, using the same recipe I’ve been doing since starting my sourdough journey. Can’t wait to see what the first loaf looks like after she ferments in the fridge tonight! <3 Thanks Kensington, I’ll be back for another review probably a few times lol. Don’t forget the sourdough discard recipes, folks! The oatmeal crème pies I usually make are going to be absolutely amazing with this one, I just know it!!!
