I don’t bake constantly, so I like to keep a minimal amount of sourdough starter in the fridge for weekly baking. This sourdough responds very well to refrigerated dormancy.
The starter arrived quickly and I got it going right away. It is a great starter and took off right away. I have made bread and pancakes several times now and all has turned out great. I highly recommend this starter for all. Have fun!
