Still waiting to make a loaf. Seems to have worked.
Amazing starter. Today is day 5! It has quadrupled in size!! Smells like flour. Bubbles and has rose and escaped down the side of the jar! The small jar is a starter I started 6 weeks ago. It's happy today too. I'm following your feeding directions for both now. I have a dough rising I can't wait to see what happens. It just keeps growing it's about 2 more inches taller after I put about 150gr starter into new jar and didn't feed it.
