This starter is sooo easy to "revive", plus you can travel with it! It's also very robust, so it's survived quite a bit of experimenting in our kitchen. I would highly recommend anyone to try this starter, especially any novices, as you can appreciate how a strong starter works, and compare to your own.
Lovely - and quick delivery
I am brand new to sourdough baking and this was my first ever attempt at making a starter. The instructions were so helpful and detailed enough for a newbie and the recipe suggestions have been great. I have made three beautiful loaves of bread and my starter is getting stronger all the time. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to get into baking sourdough...there is nothing like pulling a freshly baked bread out of the oven!
