It’s multiplied faster than the other 2 starters and was ready to use for a loaf of bread that looked awesome when it came out of the oven. And it was a nice crust that gave way to finger pressure easily and had a really nice smell. I’ve been feeding my San Fran starter everyday and I gave the discard starter to both of my children who are also just starting to bake sourdough bread. I highly recommend you get some asap..
