My old start died when we went away, may it RIP. I replaced it the Kensington which has turned out so much better. I best not say to much more in more lest I wake up the dead.
Initially I thought oh my gosh I’ve ruined it because it was literally bursting out of the container I had it in. After the week by of developing the starter I baked my first loaf of sourdough with the new starter. Out of the oven came the biggest fluffiest sourdough loaf I have ever made!! Delicious and impressive!! Wildest starter I have ever used. I can’t imagine pancakes with this stuff!!
