Getting to know her still. Making smaller rolls rather than big loaves. Seems to be working well, but looked a bit watery today.

I have just started the starter on day 4 following all your instructions.
It is bubbling up well, cosy with the light on in the oven, looking forward to my sourdough journey.

Just active

Its works, not baked yet. Just be patient and followed the instructions. I will be baking over the next few days. The postage did take a long time but it did get here in the end.

Unbelievable results!

I have tried making sourdough starter before, but failed every time. Sent off for the starter which took a couple of weeks to get here. Read through the instructions, then mixed up my starter. After the first week I had a lovely smelling goop! I proceeded to make my first loaf. It came out amazing! My third loaf is about to come out of the fridge, ready later on to go in the oven. I would totally recommend Kensington!
